Thank you for enrolling in our training programs. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.

Training Enrollment

All training enrollments are confirmed only after successful payment. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted. Our training programs involve advance planning, scheduling, and limited seat availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided as a standard practice.

A refund may be considered only in the case of a genuine emergency, such as:

  • Serious medical emergencies

  • Unavoidable personal emergencies

Any refund request under such circumstances must be supported by valid documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Non-attendance or partial attendance

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Technical issues on the participant’s side

Course Rescheduling or Changes

In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a training session from our side, participants will be offered either:

  • An alternative session, or

  • A refund, at our discretion
